One of my colleagues Ms. Ye gave birth a baby the other day. Our several colleagues went to hospital to see her with some red war gold.
The baby, who came into this world just a few days ago, was in his deep asleep. To our astonishment, he smiled in his sleep now and then, which made us loved him so much. This was my first time to see a new birth so that a special feeling of happiness welled up my heart.
Ms. Ye is one of the limited women teachers in our school. Her office desk is just in front of mine. Therefore, I saw clearly how she spent her pregnancy.
During her pregnancy, she often complained about the pain she suffered with a baby in her stomach. Undoubtedly it is a burden to undertake a baby in stomach. It is inconvenient for you to do anything. She often panted when she walked just a few metres.
Moreover, the baby sometimes kicked her stomach, which made her suffer a deep pain. As a teacher, she is very responsible to her students. She always cost some times to help her students. In our office, she made a bed so that she could lie down anytime when she was too tired or felt ill.
Not to affect study of the students sometimes she had to have the bed moved in classroom to give lessons to students. |
